As part of the International Corporate Finance Group (ICFG), we at Wintergerst offer our clients an excellent partner network for transactions on an international level in addition to our regional-national focus.

ICFG is a Swiss-based network association of advisory firms for cross-border transactions – with an advisory focus on medium-sized companies. The understanding of local cultures, markets and regulatory frameworks, as well as expertise in the complexities of cross-border transactions, has already enabled numerous successful deals and extremely satisfied clients.

The core competence within the ICFG network is the simultaneous processing of cross-border tasks. In many cases, this has allowed us to identify and drive forward M&A projects that were not pursued by large accounting firms or investment banks. With the ICFG network behind them, clients have direct access to local and international market players – with approximately 100 professional consultants in 20 offices worldwide. The ICFG partners know the challenges and opportunities of medium-sized companies in the respective countries and ensure that clients are actively and competently advised by partners and their employees across national borders in all phases of a transaction.
