Simon Ulmer has been with Wintergerst since 2021. After completing his internship, he joined the firm as an Analyst in the field of Corporate Finance | M&A. Simon has been an Associate at Wintergerst since January 2024. His professional focus lies on advising companies and investors during corporate acquisitions and divestments and advising on financing.
Prior to Wintergerst, Simon was a working student in the business development department of e-boot7 GmbH and completed an internship in product management at Daimler Trucks. As an undergraduate he gathered internationalization experience at Fond Of GmbH.
Simon obtained his bachelor’s in international management at Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne, followed by his master’s in international business at ISM Munich.
Outside of work, he likes to travel and plays darts.
