Students
Would you like to gain your first practical experience already during your studies by working in a dynamic consulting environment? As an intern or working student at WINTERGERST you will be a full member of our team from day one. You will assist our clients in corporate acquisitions, support the preparation of restructuring reports or deal with strategic issues. An experienced consultant will mentor you as a permanent contact to ensure the maximum added value for both our clients and for your own personal development.
Graduates
You have passed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/economics with flying colors and would like to hone your consulting expertise, ideally already gained through internships? As a consultant at WINTERGERST, you will quickly be given responsibility and advise seasoned entrepreneurs on key issues from day one. You will start as a generalist and gain valuable experience in all of our areas of expertise before specializing according to your personal preference. In this way, you will benefit from continuous on-the-job training and regular training sessions.
Professionals with experience
After concluding your studies, which you passed with excellent grades, have you already gained the relevant consulting experience in corporate finance, restructuring and/or strategic consulting? Depending on your qualifications, you will join WINTERGERST as a Senior Consultant or higher, up to the position of Senior Project Manager, and take direct responsibility for the projects in the area of competence of your choice. As you develop from the wealth of experience of our partners, you will gradually be assigned more responsibility. This not only raises the qualifications of our team but also the quality of our consulting services. In addition to the general training program, you have the opportunity to take advantage of individual training opportunities to build up relevant specific expertise.
Professional experts
Do you have years of experience in consulting and/or working in the industry and stand out due to your unique subject matter expertise? In order to live up to the claim of ensuring the highest possible quality of advice for its clients, WINTERGERST frequently draws on proven industry and subject matter experts. In special situations that are close to implementation and often subject to a tight schedule, specific industry expertise and the personal experience of our specialists are of considerable importance for the success of the project. As experts, you know exactly what counts in the industry and which levers to push for a business to be successful. In this way, you will support us selectively by sharing internal industry knowledge or managing projects at your own responsibility using our infrastructure.
