Dr. Florian Müller has been with WINTERGERST since April 2025, working as a Director in Corporate Finance/M&A. His professional focus lies on advising companies and investors during company acquisitions and sales as well as in the fields of corporate and growth strategies and post-merger integration/carve-out projects.
Florian has 10 years of experience in consulting medium-sized and large companies as well as financial investors at McKinsey & Company. In addition, he has 14 years of experience in the strategy/portfolio/M&A departments of HARMAN International and Continental AG, including 2 years as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Automotive Strategy at Continental Automotive Technologies. He completed his Dipolom-Kaufmann at Saarland University and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, as well as his Doktor rerum politicarum with summa cum laude at the University of Mannheim. Florian finds his balance in spending time with his family, long-distance running and implementing electronics/IT projects at home.
