(Shishi, China). The assets of the braiding machine operation had already been sold to the Italian manufacturer DIESSE Rubber Hoses S.p.A. in December.

With the entry of Kupfer Holding SE to the partnership, Allgäu Fresh Foods GmbH & Co. KG wins a strong strategic majority partner. In the course of the future alignment Kupfer will acquire a majority stake in the partnership before the end of the year, with the Feneberg family remaining committed to the company, retaining a minority stake. Actome GmbH based in Freiburg, an innovative biotech start-up in the field of protein analysis, has managed to secure its business continuation and obtain long-term finance in the course of a structured process to find a new investor. This ensures the company’s continuity and strengthens the capital base for further growth. The takeover creates a strong alliance between two traditional brands in the air treatment sector: VENTA, which is well known in the B2C end customer business, and BRUNE, which has been established in the B2B end customer business for almost 100 years for professional air humidification and dehumidification. Both brands complement each other strategically and open up a wide range of growth prospects at home and abroad.
