WINTERGERST advises the shareholders of the family-owned SOLO Group on its sale to Jacto, the Brazilian agrotech corporation
The SOLO Group, a family-managed business with a long tradition based in Sindelfingen, becomes a part of the Brazilian Jacto Group. With this strategic acquisition, Jacto has reinforced its foothold in the European market and expanded its product portfolio to include high-quality sprayers and plant protection technology. In the course of an international sales process, WINTERGERST Societät für Unternehmer-Beratung provided extensive advisory services to the shareholders of the SOLO Group.

The acquisition of the SOLO Group by Jacto is the product of a carefully planned international M&A process. WINTERGERST Societät für Unternehmer-Beratung assisted the vendor with all aspects of managing its business succession and the search for a strategic partner.
