Christoph Westphal has been working at WINTERGERST as a Director in the Corporate Finance/M&A division since August 2026. His practice focuses on advising companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on financing matters and companies in special situations.
Christoph has more than 20 years of experience in financing, corporate finance, and M&A, advising medium-sized companies and financial investors. His career includes 9 years in fixed income and financing, 12 years at Deloitte (most recently as Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Advisory practice), and 4 years as head of the Capital Markets business in Germany at Jones Lang LaSalle. Christoph is a trained banker and earned a degree in business administration from the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt/Oder). Outside of work, Christoph enjoys spending time with family and friends, and he loves reading and playing golf.
