Analyst
Marius Kerschek has been working as an analyst in the Corporate Finance/M&A division at WINTERGERST since July 2026. His work focuses on advising companies and investors on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on financing.
Before joining WINTERGERST, Marius completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. He first joined WINTERGERST as an intern while he was still a student. He also gained experience on the Corporate Finance & Valuation team at EY-Parthenon and in Private Wealth Management at ODDO BHF. Marius earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management as a dual degree from the University of Applied Sciences Münster and the University of Portsmouth (UK). He spent a total of three semesters in England. Outside of work, Marius enjoys traveling to distant countries and participating in strength and endurance sports.
