Dr. Ralf Herkenhoff has been with WINTERGERST since 2023 and is Associate Partner in the field of Restructuring. His professional focus lies on advising companies and investors in the fields of restructuring, bank communication in special situations and all aspects of modern accounting in manufacturing companies.
Dr. Herkenhoff has more than 25 years of experience in commercial management functions in corporate groups with a sales volume of > EUR 350 million. During this time, he was also responsible for the successful restructuring of companies or divisions. Dr. Herkenhoff has also assisted insolvent companies with their realignment and transfer to new investors. He earned his degree in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Dr. Herkenhoff completed his doctorate at the Technical University in Darmstadt with a thesis on the Chinese supplier industry.
